职位描述: JobDescription:WearelookingforaSeniorRF/MicrowaveEngineertoperformmicrowavecircuitandpackagingdesign,modeling,andlayoutformulti-functionRF/microwavemodulesforpoweramplifierapplications.IdealcandidateswillhaveexperienceworkingwithwidebandmicrowavecircuitsincorporatingGaNHEMTandPHEMTchipleveldevicesformediumtohighpoweramplifiermodulesaswellasexperiencewiththermalmanagementofdevicesusedtobuildthem.Inthisroleyouwillworkwithsystemengineerstodevelopmodulerequirementsandperformtradestudies,detailedanalysis,andyieldpredictions.Itwillinvolvecircuitdesignusingvarioustechnologies,includingPHEMT,GaNHEMT,MMIC,discrete,activeandpassivecomponentsandworkingwithdrafting,mechanical,andprocessengineeringondesignimplementation.Youwillperformanalysistoshowcompliancetorequirementsanddevelopconceptsandproposalsforinnovativecosteffectivedesignsworkingbothindependentlyandinagroup.Youmustbeabletocommunicateeffectivelyinamulti-disciplinaryengineeringenvironment.Responsibilities:*PerformmodelingandsignalintegrityanalysisofRFT/RmodulesystemsandcommunicationslinkbudgetanalysisusingstandarddesigntoolssuchasADS,AWR,Sonnet,etc.*Design,development,andevaluationofcircuitsthatcontainsoneormoremicrowavecomponentssuchasup/downconverters,LNAandpoweramplifiers,phaseshifters,MMICetc*Workwithsystem,hardware,antennaandmechanicalengineerstoparseoutandnegotiateelectrical,mechanicalandthermalrequirements,specifyanddevelopcustomorsemi-customRFdevices,determiningappropriatetechnologiestoapply*Beabletowritespecificationandworkwithinsideandoutsidesuppliers,aswellasinternalprocessing,qualityassuringandmanufacturingtoassuredesignsareproducible*Design,develop,andConductRFteststationsandfieldtesteventsforsystem/subsystemprototypetestingandmanufacturing,andprovidedirectiontotechnicianstoassessdevelopedhardware*ProjectmanagementofRFsystem'sproductrealizationlifecyclefromoriginalrequirementtofinalproductswithinadefinedscheduleandbudget*WorkcloselywithFPGAandschematicengineerstodesigncustomizedT/RmoduleforactiveantennasystemRequirement:-MSDegreeinElectricalEngineeringrelatedfield-Above5-8yearsofworkingexperienceindesigningandtestingRFsystems-T/RmodulesintegratedwithFPGAsdesignexperience(ideallyforphasedarraysystems)-Experiencedesigning,building,andtestingRF/MicrowavePowerAmplifiers(preferablymodules)-Chip-levelelectronicsexperienceandexperienceofmultiplelayerPCBRFcircuitboard-ExperienceofusingADS,AWRoralternativetoolsforchannelandsignalintegrityanalysis-GoodpresentationandcommunicationskillbothorallyandverballyinChineseandEnglish-Hand-onskillofRFlabequipmentoperationandRFboardmeasurementtechniques-PassionateaboutadvancedRFsystemsandwillingtolearnandchallengefornewdesignsthatrequireslatestmicrowavepackagingtechniquesandthermalmanagementskilletc.-Skillsonbasicnumericalprogramming,i.e.usingMatlab,Pythonoralternativestoachievetwo-portnetworkcascadedbehaviors-Goalorientedwithgoodpotentialonmanagement-Comfortableworkingwithhighlymotivatedteaminafastpacedcompany
