职位描述:   Background  InCorporateProcurementwearelookingforabusinessminded,self-motivatedEngineerwithastrongpersonalityandpersonaldrivewhocantakeupthepositionasSupplierManager. FortherightcandidatethisisagoldenopportunitytomakeacareerinanextremelysuccesfulglobalmedicaldevicecompanyandtherebytobeavitalpartofdrivingCorporateProcurementandEngineeringChinatowardsourtargettobecome“BestinClass”. ThepositionwillbelocatedinourmanufacturingsiteinZhuhai,GuangdongandreferstotheHeadofCorporateProcurement. YouwillworkcloselywiththeProcurementTeamandEngineeringdepartmentinourmanufacturingsiteinZhuhaiandwiththeCorporateProcurementTeaminColoplastwhichconsistsof40highlyprofessionalpeople,spreadoutonlocationsinEU,USandAsia.  MainJobResponsibilities  1)Tounderstandtheglobalsupply-marketofstandardcomponentsformachinebuildingonstrategiclevel; 2)Tounderstandkey-driversformachinebuildingontacticallevel; 3)Tounderstandstandardcomponentsformachinebuildingonoperationallevel; 4)Toworkcloselywithourinternalstake-holders/customerstounderstandtheirneedandthinking; 5)Toutilizetheknowledgeinimplementingandexecutingsupplystrategies; 6)Tofacilitateandleadnegotiationswithsuppliersincompliancewithourcodeofconduct; 7)Tochallegeourexistingsupplier-portfoliobymakingsuperiorsupplierassessment; 8)Tocontinuouslylookforsavingsknowingandunderstandingourqualityrequirements; 9)TosuccessfullyworktogetherwiththeprocurementteaminZhuhaiandCorporateProcurement; 10)ToreachyourandthecompanysannualKPIandtargets;  Qualifications  1)Bachelordegreeinengineeringfield; 2)3-5yearsofexperienceworkingasanengineerorwithbusinessrelatedtoengineering; 3)Begoodwithnumbersandtrivedbyusingengieeringskills; 4)Strongnegotiationskillsandhaveasoundcommercialunderastanding; 5)Beabletoworkcross-functionalandcross-geographicalwithpeopleonalllevel; 6)BeadisplinedpersoningoodbalanceanduncompromisedinyourapproachtoourColoplastcodeofconduct; 7)Outgoingandhavepositvieattitudeandmindsettochange.
