职位描述: PrincipleAccountabilities:·Organizesproject-relatedactivitiesandcommunicationsamongplants,departments,customers,vendorsandthecommunity.·Monitorandtrackthatprojectandprogramdeliverablesaremet.·Responsibleformanagementofcustomersatisfaction,collectionandrelatedreviewsandcorrectiveactions.·Prepareshigh-levelreportsandpresentationsformanagement,customersandothers.·Respondstoinquiriesreceivedthroughphone,mailand/orface-to-facecontactwithcustomersandprospectsaboutthecompany’sproductsandservicesbyaccordingtostandardscriptsandprocedures.·Assistswithmanagingkeycustomeraccountsinallaspectsofthebusinessrelationship.·Collectsandpreparesinformationforuseindiscussions/meetingsofexecutivestaffandoutsideindividuals.·Prioritizes,schedulesandmaintainscalendarofappointments,meetingsandtravelitineraries,andcoordinatesrelatedarrangements.·Screenstelephonecallsandvisitors,andresolvesroutineandcomplexinquiries.·Conductsresearch,andcompilesandtypesstatisticalreports.·Mayprovideadministrativesupporttogroups/departmentsreportingtotheexecutive.Education/experience:·TypicallyrequiresaBachelor'sdegreeoracombinationofequivalentexperienceandeducation.·Typicallyrequiresaminimumof8yearsofexperienceinbusinessdevelopment&PM&customerservice. Knowledge/skills/abilities:·Requiresadvanced,diversifiedandcomprehensiveadministrativeexperience,skillandknowledgeofFlextronics’policiesandpractices.·Demonstratesgoodinterpersonalskillaswellascustomer(externalandinternal)relationshipskills.·Abilitytodefineproblems,collectdata,establishfactsanddrawvalidconclusions.·Demonstratesdetailedexpertiseinverycomplexfunctional/technicalareaorbroadbreadthofknowledgeinmultipleareas;understandsthestrategicimpactofvariousfunctionsacrosssites.·Abilitytoread,andcomprehendsimpleinstructions,shortcorrespondenceandmemos.·Abilitytospeakandpresentinformationinone-on-oneandsmallgroupsituationstocustomers,clients,andotheremployeesoftheorganization.·AbilitytorespondtocommoninquiriesorcomplaintsfromcustomersandseniorFlextronicsmanagement.Abilitytowritereports,businesscorrespondence,andproceduremanuals.·Useofthefollowingtoolsshouldberequiredandskilled:spreadsheet,PPTpresentation,andflowcharting.·FluentspeakingEnglishisrequired.Preferences:Thecandidatewithprogrammanagement&customerserviceexperiencewouldbemuchpreferred.联系时,请记得是在“job669人才”看到的!
