职位描述: JobPurpose:EnsureprocessesareaccordingtheprocessspeltoutbyPSSandachievingtherequiredprocessspecifications,andbeabletoanalyzeandtroubleshootrelatedprocessproblems. Keyareasofaccountability:1.SupportnewprojectintheDFMEA,andPFMEA;2.SupporttoDesignandestablishtheProcessFlow/ProcessControlPlanwiththePCPteamforthenewproducts;3.Designandestablishthelinelayout/workinginstruction;4.LeadandevaluatetrialrunsofproductionandfollowuptheopenactionswithPCPteambeforethemassproduction;5.Supporttheoutput/scrapofnewproductaremeetingthetargettogetherwiththePCPteamandconfirmthematurityofthenewproductformassproduction;6.MonitorCP/CNorConcessionNoteareexecuterightlyandtimelyinline;7.Regularprocessauditinproductionlineanddriveforimprovementsfromtheauditfindings;8.Analyzedefectsindependentlyandprovidetheinputsfortherootcauseofthedefect.Trouble-shootandworkwithrelativecolleaguesfortheproblemsolvingwhennecessary;9.Continuouslyimprovethepresentmanufacturingorproductionprocessestoboostproductivity,quality,andprofitabilityforthecompany;10.Followupandimplementthetransitionofnewtechnologytomakesureproductioncontinuessuccessfullywithoutanyhassles; Jobscope:Workunderminimumsupervisingandmosttaskscanbefinishedindependentlywithrelevantknowledge.Worksrequireinitiationandcasescanbedifferent.Interactionwithbothinternalandexternalpartiesandcommunicationwillreachlevelsfromjunioremployeetoseniormanagement.Workrequiresindependentdecisionmakingandthedecisionwoulddirectlyinfluencetheproduction. Qualification:1.Academic/ProfessionalQualification:MinEngineeringDegreeinMechanical/Industrial/Acoustical2.WorkingExperience:5years’experienceinrelatedindustry,preferablyinspeakerindustry3.Expertise/Skills:KnowledgeofproblemsolvingtoollikeSE,DOE.4.Languageskills:AbilitytoconverseinEnglish5.PersonalAttributes:Teamplayer,clearandconciseincommunication,followingupondetails
