职位描述: KeyAccountabilities: 1.ProvideadministrativeassistancetotheLAMDepartmentwhichincludesbutnotlimitedto: a.AssistCAM/GSMforpresentationsetupincludingpreparingpresentationmaterial,reservingmeetingroomandequipment,arrangingtransportationmeans,etc. b.PreparingquotationinawaynecessarytoconformtothestandardpracticesandassistinRFQ. c.AssistthedepartmentandCAMsindifferentkindsoffiling. 2.AssisttheCAMsasthe"Backup"inhandlingsimplecustomerinquiries,simplebiddingrequestsandco-ordinatewiththecustomerserviceteams&Operationsteamsfromdifferentproductstoresolvesimpleproblems. 3.Preparingcargotrackingreportfordesignatedaccountswhenrequired,checkingshipmentstatusforreportingusingE.CMS,CFIT,E.XPO,etc. 4.AssisttheGSM/CAMsinconsolidating,reviewing,andgeneratingweekly,monthly,andquarterlyreportsfordesignedaccountsforvariouspurposes. 5.AssisttheCAMsinperformingcustomerservicereviews,customersatisfactionsurveys,andmakinganalysisforthedesignatedaccounts. 6.MeetingcustomerswithGSM&CAMwheneverrequired. 7.AssisttheCAMsinhandlingsomeoftheoffshoreshipments,coordinatingwithdifferentFarEastandotheroriginofficestoperformandmeetthecustomersdifferentrequirements. 8.Assistinprovidingandupdatingproductinformation,marketinformation,andcompetitors'information.
