职位描述: JOBDescription -Ensuretheservicedeliveryonsitematchesboththeproposalandthecustomers’expectations-确保现场提供的服务符合报价和客户的期望;-Identifyproactivelyimprovementsopportunitiesattheoperationslevelandsharethemwiththepointofcontactofthecustomers-积极主动地去提高现场运营操作水平并与客户沟通分享-Intercepttheincidentsanddefineclearactionplantosolvethem-预防事故的发生并且制定详细的解决方案-Defineandcustomizeafollow-upsystem:KPIs,Reports,Communicationlines,InformationProcess-制定配套的考核系统:如KPI、报告、沟通网络以及信息流程-Ensuretheopeningofnewservices/sitesmatchescustomerrequirements-确保新服务或者新项目的开张符合客户的要求-Attendmonthlyorquarterlymeetingofcustomersifappropriate;givefeedbackinatimelyandprofessionalmanner出席客户的月度或者季度的会议报告;并及时给出专业的反馈-Reviewandinterpretfeedbacksfromthecustomerstoinitiateappropriateactionsandimprovetheexistingoffer;adviseclientsonhowtobetterachieverequiredresultstoincreasethecustomers’satisfaction-审查和解决来自客户对现存问题采取的适当行动的反馈;向客户提供更好建议以达到预期-Supportsitesmanagersondailyoperations:insureallaspectsoftheday-to-daymanagementofthesitesareinaccordancewiththeCompanystandards-协助现场经理进行日常的营运工作;确保日常运营管理的各个方面都符合公司的规章制度-Standardizeoperationsonallthesites-确保所有项目点的运营都标准化-Beawareofthefinancialresults;pushforpaymentifneededincashflowrelatedissues-注意财务指标;保证客户及时付款以确保现金流  REQUIREMENTS-Collegediplomaorabove-Knowledgeableinoneofthefollowing:operationssuchascleaning,security,orotherfacilitymanagement-GoodEnglishreadingandwritingskill,basicoralEnglishskillwillbepreferable-WorkingknowledgeofcomputerskillsinWindowsandMicrosoftOffice-Abilitytoplanandorganizeownandsubordinates’workschedulewithproperco-ordination,usestimeeffectivelyandsetsappropriatepriorities-Hastheabilitytolead,direct,control;handlesauthorityproperly;theabilitytocompeteagainstastandardofexcellence;setshighstandardsandpursuesaggressivegoals;takesactionandresponsibilityforachievingbusinessresults-Inspiresotherstoexcelbyclearlycommunicatingbusinessvaluesanddirections,recognizinggoodperformance,andprovidingmanagerialsupport,developsthepotentialofothersthroughcoachinganddevelopmentopportunitiestobuildorganizationalcapabilityforthefuture-Recognizesandanalyzesproblemsandthenevaluatesalternativeandsolution,anticipatesconsequencesandmakesrecommendationstoeliminateobstaclestosuccessfulcompletionofobjectivesorresponsibilities.-Exhibitsappropriateworkconductsandworkhabits;productivelyengagesandputsforthextraeffortswhenneededtocompleteprojectsandmeetdeadlines;highlevelofambition,drive,energyandenthusiasminwork.
