Keyareasofaccountability:1.Organizationstructuresettingup·Workwithprojectmanagersandfunctionheadsonprojectsiteteamsetup.·WorkwithprojectmanagersonHCplanningofdirectandindirectlaborinsites.·Defineprojectreportinglineandorganizationstructure.·Takeleadondefiningrolesandresponsibilitiesofeachpositionintheprojectorganization,workwithfunctionheadsoncomposingandeditingjobdescriptionforbothwhitecollarsandbluecollars. 2.Recruitment·AssistShenzhenrecruitmentteamonhiringactivitiesforPSSsites,includingcandidatescreening,interviewandselection.·Setuprecruitmentprocessandselectionstandardsforsubcons’manpowerhiring.·Assistonexploringandrecommendingrecruitmentchannelsforsiterecruitment.·WorkwithHRheadondesigntacticalplanstoensureaconsistentrecruitingperformanceonsites.·Monitorsubcons’hiringactivitiesandensurehiringqualityandhiringspeedperthesetstandardsandplan. 3.Training·SetuptrainingpolicyandsystemperprojectneedsforPSSsiteteamandsubconmanpower.·Setupoperationskillstrainingandauditingsystemforsubconbluecollars.·Conductbluecollars’operationskillauditingwithrelatedfunctionheadsandkeepgoodrecords.Generateimprovementplanandfollowupimplementation.·Workwithprojectmanagerandfunctionheadsonsettinguptrainingcurriculum,trainingplanandtrainingcontentsforPSSsiteteamandsubconmanpower.·Responsiblefortrainingactivitiesimplementationforsites.·AssistShenzhentrainingteamonimplementingtrainingactivitiesdefinedbythecorporate.·Collectsites’trainingfeedbackandkeepgoodrecordsoftrainingactivities. 4.On-boarding·ResponsibleforPSSsiteteam’snewhiresonboardingarrangement.·SupportShenzhenHRteamonon-boardingprocessimprovement.·WorkwithShenzhenHRteamtoorganizesites’newstafforientationandcollectfeedbackforfurtherimprovement.·Monitorsubcononboardingprocessandorientationactivities,suggestimprovementplan. 5.Othertasks·MonitorsubconmanpowerHCandstaffcost,raiseimprovementplan.·Monitorsubcon’sperformanceonlaborlawcomplianceandreportanypotentialriskissuestothelocalmanagementteam.·WorkwithPSSplantmanagersonsettingupsubconoperationsafetystandardsandreportingsystem.Followupimprovementactivities.·OtheradhocworksassignedbytheHRHead.
